Super-Admin Module

Dashboard of Super-Admin consists of:

Under this option, Super-admin can add a new client detail which includes both contact details and registration details. Registration details include Garage name of client, Application version i.e. trial or paid version, Date of registration and end of registration, Domain for a particular client, Space allocated to the client, SMS count that client can use and Payment details.
Super-admin can view details of trail version clients such as contact no of clients, status, date of registration, end of registration and can also update details of trail version clients including client’s registration details. Here, Super admin can also view employee details of clients. Also, he/she can add a new trial version client here.
Super-admin can view details of paid clients and can also update paid clients details including client’s registration details except the changes in space allocation. Under this option, he/she can also view employee details of clients.
Here, the super admin can manage both paid and trial version clients and can also add a new client (both trial and paid) here.
Super-admin can send notifications to garage-admins and garage-employees. Also, he/she can add, view and delete notifications.
Super-admin can view the details of clients and can update SMS count that a client can use.
Super-admin can add, delete and update vehicle categories that will be available during adding jobs. He/she can search for a particular type of vehicle in the search option.
Super admin can create packages that will be available to clients. Package details include the package name, package description, package validity, package space, package SMS, package cost, and status which he/she can further modify.
Super admin can create SMS packages and can also modify the SMS package.
Super admin can view and create space packages and can also modify the package including space occupied on the server by a particular package.
Under this option, super admin can view the entire record of packages of any type i.e. application packages, SMS packages and space packages.

Admin Module

Dashboard of Admin consists of:

Under this option, admin can search for a client by entering his/her mobile number.
Under this option, admin can view job details such as job type, client details, and vehicle details. Here, he/she can view, edit and delete job card and can also generate and edit the invoice.
Under this option, admin can view, edit and update the jobs that are currently in progress.
Here the admin can view and edit all the details, (job and invoice details) of clients availing the direct jobs, including vehicle arrival and return dates.
Under this option, admin can view and edit details of those clients who have an insurance cover of their vehicles and thus can avail services under the insurance policies. Also, an admin can perform various actions such as editing the job card besides generating and editing the invoice details.
Letter of purchase order (LPO) Received. Here admin can view and update the details of jobs that are currently in LPO phase. After all the checks, admin can update the job details and can move this job into insurance jobs. Also, an admin can perform various actions such as editing the job card besides generating and editing the invoice details.
Under this option, admin can view and update those jobs that are not delivered on time and are currently in pending list. Also, an admin can perform various actions such as editing the job card besides generating and editing the invoice details.
Under this option, admin can view and update the payment details of insurance jobs whose payment is made by the insurance company.
Here an employee can view and edit all the details i.e. job and invoice details of clients (if granted access privilege by admin) availing the direct jobs, including vehicle arrival and return dates.
Under this option, an employ can view and update the details (if granted access privilege by admin) of insurance companies.
Under this option, admin can view and edit the inventory details. He/she can also add a new inventory with all the details about item quantity, unit and cost. Also, admin can view and edit purchase details.
Under this option, admin can view the garage services currently working. He/she can also add a new service in the service list.
Under this option, admin can view and can enable or disable the type of vehicles for which the services are currently available.
Here admin can view and update the employee details such as name, designation, contact details and can manage their accounts. Under this option, admin can also assign new roles to employees besides adding a new employee.
Under this option, admin can view all the details of clients such as client name and their contact details. Further, he/she can edit and update the client details.
Here admin can generate, view and download all types of reports such as reports for direct jobs, insurance jobs, direct and insurance jobs, garage expenses and profit and loss reports for different dates. He/she can also generate the reports based on customized dates.
Under this option, admin can get the graphical view of a number of jobs that have been received till date under all categories. He/she can also analyze the revenue generated over the specific time span.
Under this option, admin can view the entire record of packages of any type i.e. application packages, SMS packages and space packages that he/she has subscribed.

MAIN SERVICES OFFERED

Dashboard of Employee consists of:

Under this option, an employee can search for a client by entering his/her mobile number
Under this option, an employee can view job details such as job type, client details, and vehicle details. Here, he/she (depending on the role assigned) can view, edit and delete job card and can also generate and edit an invoice.
Under this option, the employee can view and perform actions (on the ongoing jobs) assigned to the employee by admin.
Here the employee can view the entire details i.e. job and invoice details of clients availing the direct jobs, including vehicle arrival and return dates.
Under this option, an employee can view details of those clients who have an insurance cover of their vehicles and thus can avail services under the insurance policies. Depending on the access privileges granted to the employee, he/she can do further modifications.

CLIENT MODULE

Clients will be informed through email as well as SMS regarding the job submission. A link will be forwarded to client’s email id where a client can view the information regarding the job. The client can view the job card. In case the invoice is generated, he/she can further view the invoice generated.
